733 Mount Pleasant Rd – Request for Direction – Zoning By-law Amendment (NY21.3)

The South Eglinton Ratepayers’ and Residents’ Association (SERRA) is similarly opposing this application at the LPAT as a Party and very much appreciates the many detailed and well-documented objections this Direction Report is raising about the 733 Mt Pleasant Road development.

We look forward to participating in the Zoning review for the Eglinton-Taunton-Soudan-Mt Pleasant block to further guide the review of this application and future redevelopment of other sites within this block.
