The South Eglinton Ratepayers’ and Residents’ Association (SERRA) is a Party at the LPAT appeal for this application.
We are in support of the Request for Direction Report, dated June 6, 2019 as tabled by City Planning.
SERRA is also in support of a settlement for this development application, if the conditions as stated by City Planning in the Request for Direction Report are satisfied and, if the settlement resolves the concerns raised by the Toronto Lands Corporation (TLC) in its letter to the North York Community Council of June 20, 2019 to the satisfaction of the TLC.
