The South Eglinton Ratepayers’ and Residents’ Association (SERRA) supports the settlement agreement reached between the applicant, bcIMC Holdco, the owner of the property at 30 Merton Street, and the City, SERRA and several other Parties.
The Settlement Offer subsequently was presented to the community on July 22, 2020 for review and comments and received general support.
